Forest for the Trees Table Runner by Lynne O'Connor

Using four leftover blocks from the Forest for the Trees Quilt, I made a table runner for Jude's mom. It uses those sixty degree angles and measures approximately 60” x 18” and is backed by off-white muslin. Shown also is a close-up. The piece is quilted with a leaf motif at the center of each hexagon and stipple-meandered throughout.
